1. For FIT Bookings (Individual Travelers):

  • Cancellations or changes made 0 to 24 hours before check-in will incur a 100% charge of the booking amount.

2. For Group Bookings:

  • Cancellations or changes made 0 hours to 5 days before check-in will incur a 100% charge of the booking amount.

3. Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed and credited to the customer’s original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

4. No-Show Policy:

  • Failure to arrive at the hotel without prior notice will result in a 100% charge and is considered non-refundable.

5. Force Majeure Events:

  • In exceptional cases such as natural disasters or government restrictions, cancellations may be reviewed and handled at the discretion of KINGSTON HOTEL BENGALURU management.
